Newsboy’s horseracing tips for Tuesday’s three meetings, including Ayr Nap

Newsboy fancies his nap, Aubis Walk, to win at Ayr and also hopes My Gift To You can score at Fakenham and complete his Daily Double

by · The Mirror

AUBIS WALK (2.15, nap) is expected to stroll to victory at Ayr this afternoon.

The eight-year-old, trained by Nicky Richards, has never finished out of the first two when completing the course in his six races under Rules.

A winner over hurdles at Sedgefield in February, my selection landed a handicap chase over today's course and distance last month.

The son of Walk In The Park was second four fences from home before taking the lead with a good jump at the last and staying on well to hold off Euchan Falls by one and a half lengths.

A similar display should see him land the Ayrshire Wedding Show Novices' Handicap Chase.

At Fakenham, MY GIFT TO YOU (2.30, NB) can land the Cool Roxy - The Fakenham Favourite Novices' Handicap Chase over 2m 5f.

The James Owen-trained six-year-old won over hurdles and fences in August and regained winning ways in November over today's course and distance when easily accounting for School For Scandal by four and a half lengths.

The gelding won with plenty in hand and a 5lb rise is unlikely to stop him going in again under Lily Pinchin.
