Jeff Brazier shares message to Dianne Buswell after son Bobby misses out on Strictly win

Over the weekend Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell competed in the BBC final alongside fellow contestants Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola and Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin.
The EastEnders actor and his Australian partner had to perform three times in the final in a bid to impress the public, as for the final show the the judges' scores and comments didn't count. The pair pulled out all the stops for their 'show dance' whilst their couple's choice dance tugged at the heartstrings reports Manchester Evening News.
After each pair had performed three times, Layton and Nikita receive a total score of 119 points out of a possible 120 while Bobby and Dianne bagged 117 points. Ellie and Vito then placed bottom of the final leader board having received a total of 115 points.

However, despite the judges ranking her in last place, it was the 22 year old and Vito who become victorious, and she was crowned the youngest-ever winner of Strictly. The news was confirmed by hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
Over the series, Jeff had been in the audience most weeks to support his eldest son, who he shared with the late Jade Goody. Following the final he took to social media with a message specifically for Dianne.
Sharing an adorable picture of Bobby and Dianne sharing a hug in the ballroom following the final, Jeff wrote: "Little @diannebuswell appreciation post. I will never not be grateful for all of your hard work, coaching and for the friendship you have developed with my son.
"Watching those performances was the biggest thrill and the memories you both created are priceless. The expression of loss though ‘this woman’s work’ will be rewatched for life. A timeless moment for our family. My absolute respect goes to you for what you had to hold personally throughout the process and I’m so relieved for you that you can now go and be with your family after all you have selflessly given to the cause.
"Whatever comes next for Bob this will be a huge chapter for him and to spend so much time with an example and a professional such as you not to mention the rest of the amazing cast and all in production is just a privilege." Referring to Dianne's family, Jeff then added: "Please send my love to Mark and the family and I hope Joe is enjoying some time together at long last.
"A million thank you’s." Dianne was quick to respond as she replied: "I feel so blessed to be apart of the family i love you all very much xxx thank you guys."
This comes as Dianne has already left the country to go back home in Australia to her family with her boyfriend Joe Sugg. Dianne revealed previously that she'd be spending Christmas Down Under due to her father's ill health stopped her loved ones from being able to spend the festive season with her here in the UK.
