Ubisoft+ Premium packs blockbuster games into the gaming subscription on release day, including titles from Activision Blizzard

by · Notebookcheck

Ubisoft+ Multi-Access and PC Access will be combined into a new subscription called Ubisoft+ Premium. Anyone willing to pay the price of 17.99 euros per month will receive access to all new games released by Ubisoft on the same day they are available for purchase at the latest.

In some cases, such as Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, the subscription even gives you advance access so that you can play the game a few days earlier. The subscription includes the premium versions of games, including otherwise chargeable DLC packages, as well as additional monthly rewards. Among the games to be released this year are Skull and Bones, Star Wars Outlaws, and The Division Heartland.

Those who are more interested in classics from recent years can take out the revised Ubisoft+ Classics subscription instead, which costs 7.99 euros per month. The library currently contains over 50 games but is set to be expanded continuously. However, this subscription does not allow access to Premium Editions or DLCs. Both subscriptions are available via the Ubisoft website.

In the future, the Ubisoft+ Premium games catalog will also be expanded to include titles from Activision Blizzard, as Microsoft had to sell the streaming rights to the publisher's games to Ubisoft for the next 15 years in order to obtain the necessary approvals from antitrust authorities. However, Ubisoft has not yet been able to confirm what exactly the integration of Activision Blizzard titles will look like, nor when these games will be available.
