Sky Li, the CEO and founder of Realme, disclosed the release of the new Note series today on X/Twitter. Although there isn’t much information available officially, the teaser implies that the new lineup will be released shortly. In addition, Realme Europe CEO Francis Wong recently posted plans for 2024 online. A significant point brought up is the launch of a new product line that stands apart from the current GT, Number, and C series. Wong states that the goal of this action is to “face the competition more straightly.”

Although the teaser doesn’t specify which smartphone will launch first. Still, certifications and leaks imply that the Realme Note 1 may be the first model in the series. Following this announcement, comprehensive details about the Realme Note 1, which is most likely the first phone in this series, were leaked online. Eventually, the leak came from ThisGood15 on X/ Twitter, who posted what seems to be an official presentation slide. Specifications

The Note 1 may feature a 6.67-inch Full HD OLED display and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood, the device is anticipated to have the Dimensity 7050 chipset, according to the slide. A large 5000mAh battery with rapid 67W charging capabilities will keep everything going. Regarding the camera, the disclosed specifications point to a 108 MP primary sensor that might be combined with an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro lens. There will be a 16 MP sensor on the front for taking selfies.

An in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics and two speakers for music complete the list of important features. These specs put the Realme Note 1 firmly in the mid-range market; the leak even draws parallels between it and competitors like the Redmi Note 13 and Infinix Note 30. The slide show further displays a launch date of “24.1,” which we interpret to be the approaching January 24th.
