Helsinki-based Jobilla secures €6 million and launches AI-powered recruitment tools | EU-Startups

The newly launched tools promise to cut campaign setup and execution time by at least 50%. By automating labour-intensive tasks such as ad creation, landing page content, and email drafts, as well as candidate screening, the platform allows recruiters to focus on what truly matters—identifying and securing the best candidates for their organizations. One of the standout features of these tools is their AI-driven localization capability, which generates native-level content in multiple languages, ensuring that recruitment campaigns resonate deeply with target audiences in different regions without the need for manual translations.
Alongside the launch of these innovative tools, Jobilla has also secured €6 million in additional funding to fuel its international expansion. The funding round was backed by prominent investors including Juuri Partners, Trind VC, Business Finland, and a group of business angels. Notably, Matti Vikkula, a seasoned executive with experience at PwC and currently the CEO of Biokraft International AB, has joined Jobilla as the Chair of the Board. The newly raised capital will be instrumental in further developing Jobilla’s AI-driven platform and solidifying its market presence across Europe.
Recruitment, often a time-consuming and costly endeavour, is fraught with challenges and risks. Jobilla’s AI-powered tools are designed to alleviate these burdens by automating many of the administrative tasks involved in the hiring process.
