“In general, it’s no secret that the British really provide various forms of support (to Ukraine). Both with people on the ground, and intelligence, and so on and so forth. That is, they are actually directly involved in this conflict,” Peskov said. commenting on The Times’ publication that Admiral Tony Radakin allegedly helped Ukraine “with battle plans.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated earlier that Russia has long been aware of the close supervision of Ukrainian special services by the United States and Britain. This comes in response to a Washington Post report titled “Ukrainian spies with deep ties to CIA wage shadow war against Russia“. The report alleges extensive support from US and British intelligence agencies to Ukraine’s SBU and GUR security services, linking them to attacks on Russian territory, including the 2022 assassination of Darya Dugina, daughter of a prominent Russian ultra-nationalist. Russia has previously accused Ukraine of involvement in such incidents, while Kyiv has generally avoided claiming responsibility for actions on Russian soil.
