Man dies after BMW crashes into hedge with three arrests made
A 39-year-old man has sadly died after a BMW 330 D Sport left the roadway of the A46 near Evesham and crashed into a hedge - with three arrests made on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving

It happened on the A46 in Evesham, close to the junction with Badsey Road, at around 5.30pm on Saturday, July 27. A black BMW 330 D Sport left the road and collided with a hedgerow. Emergency services attended the incident but nothing could be done to save a 39-year-old.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The men arrested were aged 29, 34 and 36. All three remained in police custody as enquiries continued, West Mercia Police said.

The force appealed for witnesses to come forward. A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “Officers investigating a fatal collision on the A46 in Worcestershire are appealing for witnesses. The collision happened yesterday at around 5.30pm in Evesham, near the junction for Badsey Road, on the A46.
“The incident involved a black BMW 330 D Sport, which left the road before colliding with a hedgerow. Emergency services attended, where a 39-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
