According to reports, viral Houston rapper Viper has been arrested. The 52-year-old man, Lee Carter, better known as Viper, has been accused of kidnapping a woman and holding her captive for four to five years in his garage.

Currently held in Harris County Jail on a $100,000 USD bond, Viper was arrested on an outstanding aggravated kidnapping warrant after receiving a tip that a woman was held in his residence. The woman was discovered during a welfare check at the Perry Street home back in April.

Court documents share that officers heard a woman’s voice coming from a window of the home. The woman claimed that she has been kidnapped for four or five years after being approached at Almeda Genoa when she was homeless. The woman also noted that she was physically assaulted and forced into consuming drugs during her capture. Viper reportedly only fed the women various snacks and did not ever give her full meals.

Viper has served as a meme on the Internet for years with much made about his 2008 album You’ll Cowards Don’t Even Smoke Crack.
