The ceremony, attended by over 150 distinguished guests, featured notable figures including Mr. Amit Shreeansh, First Secretary of the Embassy of India in Myanmar, representing Ambassador Abhay Thakur, Dr. Nikolay Listopadov, Ambassador of Russia, Dr. Monwar Husain, Ambassador of Bangladesh, Mr. Harischandra Ghimare, Nepali Ambassador, Mr. Imran Haider, Ambassador of Pakistan, Mr. Rene Consolo, Charge d'Affaires of France, and Ms. Susan N. Stevenson, Charge d'Affaires of the United States.
Mr. Ravindra Jain, a renowned entrepreneur from Indore, India, was sworn in as the first Indian President of the Rotary Club of Yangon, signifying a new era in the club's history. The event was further honored by the presence of Mr. Wichai Chivakanit, Past District Governor from Bangkok.
