MNP Community and Sport Centre embarks on $87.5 million expansion

Among the additions included is a new front entryway, lazy river, hot tub, water slides, wading pool and play structure.

A Calgary sport centre will begin a transformative expansion this fall, part of an ongoing commitment to provide inclusive and state-of-the-art recreational spaces.

MNP Community & Sport Centre launched its Leisure Expansion Aquatic Project on Wednesday and will see $87.5 million in improvements and expansion to the facility, which first opened in 1983 and was expanded in 2004.
