Christine McGuinness has teased fans with news about a 'secret' new role. The former model and reality TV star hinted she had a new job as she said she had been to a secret Christmas party.

Sharing pictures of herself in a leather dress and black blazer, Christine, 35, said she couldn't reveal the 'cast' she had been celebrating with. The mum of three wrote on Instagram: "A little secret Christmas party the other night with cast I can’t reveal yet."

It comes after the ITV The Games star, who shot to fame on Real Housewives of Cheshire, revealed her ex husband Paddy McGuinness had been on dates since their split last summer. The pair remain living together - for the sake of their three children, Leo Penelope and Felicity, who all have Autism.

Speaking to Vicky Pattison on The Secret To... podcast Christine, 35, said: “We talk an awful lot and we're very open. He has said to me when he's been going on a date. We still live in the same house.

"But I think both of us right now we're very much in the same place, where we're just like just don't really know what to do or where to go.” She added: "I kind of don't really know where to go, where to start, and he's the same, he's very much the same. He's tried it and he's gone 'I'm not quite ready'.”

Christine also shared one of her big frustrations with Christmas in a rant on her Instagran. In a video she told fans: "Well I had every intention of doing my Christmas shopping today.

"I've cancelled appointments and everything I've cleared my diary thinking 'No I need to get it done, it's Christmas in a minute' and I'm still sat in the house.

"I just don't want to go. The thought of going into shops now, I can't. I don't want to and I can't. I really just, I don't like it at all. I'm not one of those girls that likes shopping. I don't get it."

She added: "Everyone's going to have to get a gift card. Still have to go to the shops to get a gift card. I hate it. I really hate it.

"My kids are almost sorted so that's the main thing."
