Katie Price has unveiled her largest tattoo yet.

The glamour model and mum of five splashed out on a mammoth inking of a pair of angel wings that runs from the tip of her neck to the base of her spine, covering her entire back.

Katie, 45, spent hours at the 7 Sins Tattoo Studio in Hendon, London, where she stripped topless as the artist went to work with the needle on her red raw back. By the time the artwork was complete, Katie looked straight-faced as she admired the huge feathered design in the mirror.

Her latest transformation comes after Katie's terminally ill mum Amy shared her fear her glamour model daughter was purposefully ruining her looks as of form of 'body mutilation' after suffering with crippling confidence. In recent years, Katie has ramped up her tattoo collection, bring her inkings to a total of 20.

Last year, she decided to have a lace thong tattoo across her bum so it always looks as if she's wearing underwear. She also underwent a huge horse design on her leg and got a picture of daughter Princess inked on her calf. Katie also has an image of Carl Woods printed on her arm, who she split up from this month.

Katie's latest trip to the tattoo parlour came as it was reported she's dodged a court hearing for a six time over her long-running bankruptcy case. The mum was due to appear. before an insolvency court in London in February but the date has now been pushed back to April.

In the same week the setback was announced, Katie revealed she'd treated herself to more cosmetic work. The star was seen pouting on Instagram after splashing out on 'butterfly lips' to give her an even fuller-looking pout. The butterfly lip trend is described as the new trend in lip fillers. The technique adds more height to the lips to define the Cupid's Bow while preventing filler migration.

Looking painfully swollen and with her top lip forced into an upwards pout, Katie expressed her delight over her new appearance. She said: “I absolutely love my new lips that Ellie’s done. And she’s put some more filler in my ass. So now I’ve got a peachy ass!” She then winked and puckered up to send a kiss to the camera.

A following Instagram Story video showed her buttocks being energetically wiggled by a pair of hands covered by protective medical gloves while the Nicki Minaj song I’m Legit played over the footage. And a further clip showed off Katie’s buttocks from a different angle as she proudly showed off her latest surgical procedure.

The latest plump and lift update comes less than three months after she last had injections in her bottom to make it look more pert. Back in October, the reality star gushed over the results of a bum lift, declaring online: “So I’ve now finished the bum. Look at that. I can even feel it jiggling. I love it, I might be able to twerk now.”

Last year, Katie went under the knife to have the 'biggest breasts in Britain' in what was her 16th boob job. The OnlyFans star opted for 2120 CC implants and sparked concern from fans when she was photographed with a painful looking chest while parading round the pool in Thailand.

Katie's mum Amy confessed last year that she 'absolutely hates it' when her daughter goes under the knife. Speaking on Vanessa Feltz's TalkTv show, Amy said: ": 'I absolutely hate it and she knows it.

"I think she, and I got her to admit it the other day, "you've got body dysmorphia". I don't know what it is. You know you look all right but why do you think you need to tweak this, tweak that or have a tattoo or change her hair?"

Amy said she believes Katie's never-ending quest to alter her body is a way to take back control during moments of 'upset' and 'hurt.' "I think when there's moments of upset or she's not feeling right or she needs comfort in a way or hurt that's what she does because she thinks she’s in control of herself."
