Beyonce looks unrecognisable at Grammys appearance as Jay-Z defends her with speech

Beyonce came out to the Grammys with gorgeous blonde hair. Her latest look debuted while Jay-Z took the stage to defend his wife's Grammy history, saying she deserved more

Beyonce showed up to the Grammys to support Jay-Z's acceptance of the Global Impact Award, but she took on a whole new look.

The star debuted a whole new look in the crowd of the show. She showed up with beautiful, platinum blonde hair with a white cowboy hat giving a massive 'wow' factor. As for her outfit, she wore a white collared button-up, layered with a black leather jacket. The coat was silver studded in a checkered pattern as it fell down to her mid-thigh.

She wore a matching skirt, held up with a silver-buckled Louis Vuitton belt. She added a ribbon bowtie with a matching, shimmering colour scheme. She wore her nails red and went with a natural-esque makeup.

In the crowd, Beyonce posed with stars like Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, and Victoria Monet. While the star didn't take the stage herself, her husband, Jay-Z, turned attention to the pop sensation as he accepted his own honour.

The rapper expressed his adoration for Beyonce and his disappointed in the Grammys for failing to honour her for Album of the Year... ever. He said: "Think about that. Most Grammys, never won album of the year ... Some of you gonna go home tonight and feel like you've been robbed, some of you may get robbed. Some of you don't belong in the category ... Now, when I get nervous I tell the truth. But outside of that, outside of that, we gotta keep showing up."

While Beyonce has an astounding number of Grammys, she does not have one for Album of the Year. Her latest release, Renaissance, was not eligible this year because it was released in 2022. However, it did receive a nomination for last year's Grammys.

Jay-Z's speech continued: "And forget the Grammys for a second, just in life as my daughter sits and stares at me just as nervous as I am. Just in life, you gotta keep showing up, just keep showing up. Forget the Grammys you gotta keep showing up until they give you all those accolades you deserve. Until they call you chairman. Until they call you a genius. Until they call you the greatest."
