by James Rodger, https://www.facebook.com/jamesrodgerjournalist · Birmingham LiveAshley Cain has shared the heartbreaking reason he has managed to lose "a stone in a week" after ex Safiyya Vorajee claimed he "dumped" her. The reality TV star spoke out on Instagram, sharing a snap of himself while on a run with his brother and his cousin during Christmas week.
In his caption, he wrote: "Yesterday was a good day. My brother was back from injury and my cousin was back from Thailand and we had our first team training session in about two months which was just what the doctor ordered.
"Due to my relentless training load, my intense work and travel load and the recent stress load, I have lost 6kg (one stone) in the last week. Trust me, there hasn't been enough hours in the day, even to eat more than one meal. Side note: I was trying to lose weight anyway (Glass always half full)."

He added: "Even though it has been mega tough, I have stuck to the plan and every commitment that I've had because no matter the storm that comes our way, it doesn't have to change the destination that we're going... With some grit, will power and the ability to cancel out negativity that tries so hard to hold you back - you can keep the train firmly on its tracks moving onwards, upwards and forwards to its destination!
"The last two years, I have gave up my Christmas's raising over £70,000 for children fighting cancer and their families, and that continues this year. So stay tuned for the announcement later on today for what will be the third 'Azaylia for…' campaign to make a difference over this festive period.
"Love always - Let's Go Champ!" Ashley and Safiyya share tot Azaylia, who passed away in 2021. The tot tragically died from a rare form of leukaemia.
