Christine McGuinness 'exhausted' but 'very happy' after Christmas with ex Paddy

Christine McGuinness has shared snaps of her Christmas with ex Paddy after revealing he’s dating again. Mum-of-three ITV The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Christine has given fans a peek inside her family Christmas with ex Paddy and their children.

She wrote: "They have worn their big smiles all day, they opened their presents calmly and played well together sharing toys. They’re now relaxing with full tummy’s watching The Grinch!

"I am one very happy (exhausted) mummy!" The 35-year-old shares Penelope, Felicity and Leo with ex Paddy, who she split from 18 months ago. She recently told Closer : “Of course me and Paddy will be spending Christmas together because we still live in the same house.

“I think we’ve got to move on, but for now it works for the children. We both go in and out and we’ve got a schedule we try to stick to and a routine for the kids. The one thing we agree on more than anything is that we just want what’s best for our children, and that’s to be a good mum and dad.”

Christine added that "being present" with the kids is far better than any gift she could give them. "So, around Christmas time, I always make sure that I’m at home more than ever – I love it," she said. Speaking to Vicky Pattison on The Secret To... podcast, Christine also opened up on Paddy moving on.

The mum-of-three explained: “We talk an awful lot and we're very open. He has said to me when he's been going on a date. We still live in the same house." Christine added: "But I think both of us right now we're very much in the same place, where we're just like just don't really know what to do or where to go.”
