Emmerdale fans have been left worried about Moira Dingle after she collapsed tonight.

The much-loved character - played by actress Natalie J Robb - collapsed in surprise scenes tonight. She has been acting strangely as of late, and at the start of tonight's episode, had a row with her husband Cain Dingle. He accused her of drinking and hiding her alcohol, leaving Cain fuming as he stormed out and refused to talk to her.

However, in shock scenes, Moira was later seen in the barn where she collapsed but will she be ok? There has been much speculation about her health, with fans convinced she is terminally ill whilst others think she might have a brain tumour.

As Nate chatted with Moira at the farm, she said Cain was worried about her drinking before she interrupted their chat with a phone call and headed off to chat to them in private. Later, she returned home with Nate and said they should celebrate with a drink after securing an increased supply of meat to a nearby pie company, flirting with Nate and leaving Cain horrified.

There's no mention as of yet whether Natalie is leaving the ITV soap, but fans are fearful for Moira as she continues to struggle with her health. Speaking about her time on the soap so far back in 2022, she was asked whether she thought she'd be on the show for so long. Discussing her time on the show so far, having joined back in 2009, she said: "No [I didn't think about it] because I don’t think that far ahead. But the role did come with a three-year contract, so I remember thinking, 'It’s time for me to try to lay down some roots.' So I bought myself a house in Harrogate, Yorkshire, which I’m still doing up now. I’m such a DIY fanatic.

"I really do [love being on the soap]. And to still be doing what I love, to still be in work, it’s great. I get people asking if I’d ever want to go off and do theatre, but my love is television drama. I enjoy the fact that it’s not the same thing every day. I love the spontaneity of it all – you just never know what’s going to happen next, especially in a soap like Emmerdale."
