Katie Price has been slapped with another eviction notice just days on from the first appearing outside her property.

The bankrupt mum-of-five, 45, was hit with eviction notice for her notorious Mucky Mansion earlier this week and given just DAYS to vacate the premises.

A second has since appeared outside the former glamour models home, dated 3rd May 2024, which warns the star she has just days to prevent her property being siezed.

A snapshot of the first eviction letter, dated April 24th, 2024, reveals that "the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am", giving the embattled celebrity a mere fortnight to clear out. The eviction order from Horsham County Court, addressed to both Katie and "any other occupiers", commands her "to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date".

Furthermore, the document clarifies: "The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant. A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. In this notice the term 'Authorised Person' is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer."

Just earlier this month, reports suggested that Katie was facing a "real risk" of losing her £2million West Sussex abode, infamously known as the 'Mucky Mansion', due to escalating financial difficulties. The model has been making waves in the news after she dodged her second bankruptcy hearing, choosing to fly off to Cyprus with her latest beau, JJ Slater.

Katie faced bankruptcy for the second time earlier this year when she failed to settle a hefty tax bill of over £750,000 with HM Revenue and Customs. She snapped up her residence back in 2014 for a cool £1.3million, and it's become a bit of a star itself, featuring in her Channel 4 renovation show after falling into disrepair.

The star has battled to save her home over recent years

Back in March, Katie defiantly claimed that her 'Mucky Mansion' was safe despite her financial troubles, declaring to her followers: "You've followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I'm in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well."

That same month, however, the High Court decided that Katie would have to hand over half of her monthly earnings. The court was informed that trustees sought an income payment order, which would channel a portion of Katie's income towards paying off her debts.

Joshua Harris from Harris and Partners, serving as Bankruptcy Trustee, commented: "Price faces the risk of losing her £2million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy." He continued, stressing the gravity of the situation: "In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed. Not settling financial duties can lead to severe outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship."

Katie confessed in October last year that she was "fed up" with the constant threats of lawsuits. Speaking about her bankruptcy, she went as far as to say that she had seen the inside of a courtroom "more times than I've had hot dinners" and wouldn't be bothered even if she was sent to prison. To keep herself afloat financially, Katie has turned to generating income from OnlyFans and selling personalised messages to her supporters.
