The Teletubbies 'Sun Baby' Jess Smith gives birth to first child as fans congratulate her
Jess Smith is best known for appearing in the late 90s children's show The Teletubbies as the Sun Baby.

Jess and partner Ricky Latham have decided to keep the gender of the baby private from the public for now, as well as the name of their newborn.
Sharing the exciting news with her Instagram followers, Jess penned: "One whole week of you" alongside a snap of her tot's fingers latching onto her hand.
Fans were quick to rush to the comments, congratulating the new parents.
@poetry_writing penned: "Oooh. Congratulations. Good luck with being a mom. You can do it. You're gonna be a super mom. Enjoy the love and enjoy being together."
@erikastrieder added: "Congratulations, "Mrs. Sun"!"
@sburns1992 chimed: "Yay. The sun babies baby! Congratulation :)"
Jess first stepped into the showbiz world in 1997 after she appeared in the classic TV show The Teletubbies, where she played the bubbly and giggly baby in the sun.
The show - which followed the adventures of Tinky Winky, Dipsy, La-la and Po in Teletubbyland - aired between 1997 and 2001.
Previously, she revealed how whilst filming, her dad would entertain her with toys for her to do the now well-recognised giggle.
Jess kept fans updated throughout her pregnancy through her Instagram page, where she's garnered over 9,000 followers.
She also used the social media platform to announce her pregnancy, as she shared pictures of the baby scan and wrote: "When two becomes three".
Ricky has yet to post about the new arrival on his own page.
