He said that he was offered Sushant Singh Rajput's role in Pavitra Rishta and was also offered Baa Bahu Aur Baby at the same time. However, he chose Baa, Bahu Aur Baby because it was a bigger show for him and had many actors.

He also added that he was also offered Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He was approached to play the role of Naitik opposite Hina Khan which was done by Karan Mehra. However, that too did not happen. He said that he had auditioned for many shows but got selected in very few of them.
