On September 3, fans gathered to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the passing of Ladies' Code members RiSe and EunB. The date marks 10 years since the tragic car accident that caused the deaths of two Ladies' Code members, and changed the trajectory of the group forever.

Ladies' Code debuted as a 5-member group in 2013 with the song ‘Bad Girl’ from their debut mini album ‘#Code01.’ The group consisted of the members Ashley, Sojung, RiSe, EunB, and Zuny. Ladies' Code continued to promote throughout the next two years, gaining attention with their songs ‘So Wonderful,’ ‘Kiss Kiss,’ and ‘Pretty Pretty.

However, on September 3, 2014, the members were involved in a serious car crash as they returned from a music show recording event. The group’s manager was driving the car at high speeds, which combined with the rainy weather and nighttime conditions, and ultimately resulted in a tragic car crash. Members RiSe and EunB passed away shortly after.

In honor of the Ladies' Code members on the 10th anniversary of the event, fans have gathered across social media to remember RiSe and EunB. Fans are sharing pictures of the members and remembering their impactful lives. Donation activities in their honor are continuing to take place. Many fans are also choosing to honor the members by listening to Ladies' Code’s music, in particular the songs ‘I’m Fine Thank You’ and ‘I’ll Smile Even if it Hurts.’

In addition, fans continue to spread awareness of the importance of traffic safety. The tragic event was the first to change the perception of the traffic safety risks and speeding that often took place in the entertainment industry, as idols were under pressure to fulfill demanding schedules with little time in between events.

As the public mourns EunB and RiSe and remembers their meaningful lives, the other members of Ladies' Code (Ashley, Sojung, and Zuny) continue to honor their fellow members and pursue solo activities with the support of fans.
