Dancing With The Stars professional Mark, 37, and his wife BC Jean, 36, confirmed she had given birth to a son who they gave the rare name Banksi Wylde.
Mark and Jean took to their respective Instagram pages on Tuesday to share the first image of their son, who was born exactly one month ago on November 5.
Shirley told of her joy at becoming a grandmother during a previous appearance on BBC Breakfast, saying she was going 'to be a glam-ma for the first time.'
She added: 'My son lives in Los Angeles, so as with my challenges, anything is possible.'
The image the couple shared showed the proud parents holding their newborn son's arm while he was wrapped in a blanket.
'Welcome to Earth my son. Banksi Wylde Ballas 11 / 5 / 23,' Ballas said in the caption of his post, which already has over 80K likes.
Charli D'Amelio - who Ballas won Dancing With the Stars with last season - also commented on the post.
'CONGRATULATIONS!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH!!!!' D'Amelio said along with six red heart emojis.
Both Mark and BC Jean made an appearance on Tuesday night's Season 32 finale, doing one final dance as reigning champions, set to Rick James' 1981 hit Give It To Me Baby.'
After the dance - which brought the crowd to its feet - Julianne revealed the news to the crowd, saying, 'Mark, we have to say something. Congratulations on becoming a dad! We are so, so, so happy for you.'
The crowd cheered for the new father, as he bowed to the audience and thanked them after the performance.
The couple first met in 2012 and started dating, with the couple getting engaged in November 2015, tying the knot in November 2016 in Malibu.
They announced in June that they were expecting in an adorable video, which revealed that they had been making new music and, 'a tiny human.'
However, last month they also revealed the news that they suffered a miscarriage last year, which they explore in a new song called Rainbow.
'We lost a baby last year, just when we thought we were in a good place to tell friends + family,' their statement began.
'We received the heavy news that our little one wasn’t going to make it. We’ve both been through hard things, but this was a different kind of sadness,' they added.
'This song is for anyone that has experienced loss in any form [and] we hope it brings whoever listens some kind of peace and reminds you that a rainbow isn’t far behind,' they concluded.
Ballas - the son of Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas - has won three Mirrorball trophies on Dancing With the Stars before retiring from the show in March after 20 seasons.
