The conference returns to the Suvretta House St. Moritz, Switzerland from January 10th to 12th, 2024. They join a wealth of industry experts, including Chris Giancarlo, former chairman of the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Sheila Warren, CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation, Anthony Scaramucci, founder and managing partner of SkyBridge, and Meltem Demirors, CSO of CoinShares.

Successful Launch of the Academic Research Track CfC-SMART24
In collaboration with the University of Zurich Blockchain Center and supported by the Swiss National Bank, the CfC St. Moritz is launching its first Academic Research Track. CfC-SMART24 will be co-located with the 6th CfC St. Moritz on January 12th, 2024 with keynote speaker Lin William Cong (Cornell University) and Emin Gün Sirer (Ava Labs).
CfC-SMART24 successfully closed with 50 paper submissions on original research contributions to topics such as decentralized finance, regulation, risk management, governance mechanisms, and economic incentives within blockchain protocols. The accepted papers will be presented at the academic conference, giving the authors a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders and policymakers.
