West Brom have been officially promoted to the Premier League and Swansea City secured a dramatic last-ditch ticket to the play-offs.

Those are the big headlines after a dramatic evening which saw the regular Championship season come to an end.

The Swans beat Reading 4-1, creeping into the top six after Nottingham Forest collapsed 4-1 against Stoke.

Cardiff's 3-0 win over Hull earned them fifth. They join third-placed Brentford and fourth-placed Fulham in the four-way race for the final ticket to the top flight.

As for the other end of the table, Charlton, Hull City and Wigan (pending the outcome of an appeal over 12-point deduction) have all been relegated. Barnsley look to have been saved after a dramatic 2-1 win over Brentford.
