The kingdom's output rose by 866,000 barrels per day in July

Saudi crude oil output up 11.5% in July

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s output of crude oil bounced back in July 2020 to rise by 866,000 barrels per day (b/d) or 11.5% on a monthly basis.

Overall oil output by the kingdom, the world’s largest oil exporter, amounted to 8.406 million b/d in July, compared with 7.540 million b/d in June, according to monthly data from OPEC.

Production by OPEC member countries surged by 980,000 b/d monthly in July, of which Saudi Arabia contributed 88.37%.

According to secondary sources, OPEC recorded output of 23.172 million b/d last month, compared to 22.193 million b/d in June.
