Slaven Bilic's side have won promotion to the Premier League, but they had to wait agonisingly after full time for news from London where Brentford were taking on Barnsley.

Their nearest rivals in the race for promotion only needed a win against the league's bottom club, with the Baggies drawing 2-2 with QPR.

But, right at the death, Clarke Odour popped up for the Tykes to force a dagger into Brentford hearts.
