Rowan Calvert thought being a goaltender would be a really cool thing to do — until he actually tried it.

While his dad, Jeff, spent five seasons as a goaltender in the Western Hockey League and five more later with the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, Rowan’s own experience in net was short-lived and, well, rather disappointing.
