Police say 'call 999 immediately' as schoolgirl goes missing from Birmingham

West Midlands Police said it is now "concerned for her welfare". The 14-year-old is described as 5ft 1 tall with a slim build and long, dark hair.
She is from Birmingham but is known to have links to Leeds and London. Police issued an appeal to find her on social media last night (Saturday, July 27).

They called upon anyone who sees her to dial 999 immediately amid the search. The appeal read: "Missing: Have you seen Elizabeth?
"The 14-year-old has gone missing from the Lozells and East Handsworth area of Birmingham and we are concerned for her welfare. She is described as being 5ft 1 in tall with a slim build and has dark long hair. Elizabeth is known to have links to Leeds and London.
"If you see her, call 999 immediately, quoting PID 418224. "
