Taylor Swift has gone down in Grammy Award history once again as she has officially broken the record for the most Song of The Year nominations of all time.

At the 66th annual Grammy Awards, Taylor's chart-topping song Anti-Hero was nominated for Song of The year marking her seventh time being nominated for the category throughout her career. This year, Taylor's nod broke the record for most-ever nominations in the category beating out legendary singers Paul McCartney and Lionel Richie.

Taylor's record-breaking streak started way back in 2010 when she was nominated for her song You Belong With Me, then again for Shake It Off in 2015, Blank Space in 2016, Lover in 2020, Cardigan in 2021, and All Too Well (10 Minute Version) in 2023. But despite being nominated for seven times, Taylor has never won, with many Swifites hoping that 2024 will finally be her year.

At the awards, Anti-Hero will be facing up against songs that have dominated the charts for the past year including Billie Eilish's What Was I Made For?, Olivia Rodgrio's Vampire, SZA's Kill Bill, Miley Cyrus' Flowers, Dua Lipa's Dance the Night, Jon Batiste's Butterfly, and Lana Del Rey's A&W.

This year Taylor has also tied the record for most nominations for Album of the Year for a female artist, an incredible feat that is held by the iconic Barbra Streisand. The pop singer was nominated for her tenth studio album Midnights and was previously nominated for her albums Fearless, Red, 1989, Folklore, and Evermore. Taylor brought home the win for Album of the Year an astounding three times in the past but is up against some steep competition this year including Jon Batiste, boygenius, Miley Cyrus, Lana Del Rey, Janelle Monáe, Olivia Rodrigo, and SZA.

This year the biggest names in music will take the stage live in Los Angeles from the Crypto.com Arena with the hilarious and talented host comedian Trevor Noah leading the show for the fourth consecutive year. The show will also feature a number of live performances with Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Billie Eilish, Burna Boy, Olivia Rodrigo, Luke Combs, and U2 slated to take the stage. The prestigious ceremony is set to be broadcasted February 4th at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on the CBS Television Network and will be available for stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
