Amber Alert issued for missing baby boy Zeke Gregory Best abducted by murder suspect

by Fiona Leishman · The MirrorAn Amber Alert has been issued for a 10-month-old baby boy who is believed to be in "imminent danger" after being abducted by a murder suspect.
Zeke Gregory Best has been reportedly abducted by his father, Jeremy Albert Best, 48, who is considered "heavily armed and dangerous". The pair were last seen on Thursday night at around 11.40pm in Victor, Idaho, with an amber alert issued at 4am local time this morning.
Teton County Sheriff's Office is now asking for help with the homicide and child abduction case. The police department shared information about Best and Zeke to their Facebook page saying the force is "looking for a suspect and small child in relation to an ongoing investigation."
The force has said they believe Zeke to be "in imminent danger" having been abducted by his biological father. The pair were last seen at 4600 Skyline Loop in Victor, with Zeke wearing "unknown clothing".
“Teton County Sheriff is requesting assistance with homicide and child abduction,” the Amber Alerts says. Idaho State Police sent it out around 3.50 am. “Child was taken by homicide suspect, unknown direction of travel. Suspect is believed to be heavily armed and dangerous, please do not approach.”
Best was last seen driving a Black 1995 Chevy Tahoe with Idaho plate 1T39349. Police warned: "The suspect is believed to be heavily armed, do not approach."
According to a press release from the sheriff's office, Best is the suspect in the death of 38-year-old Kali Jean Randell who was found unresponsive in a home in Victor, Idaho, after a 911 call at around 11.39pm on Thursday.
Best, described as a 48-year-old white male, standing at 5' 11" and weighing 25lbs with brown/grey hair and green eyes, is believed to have connections in Alpine, Wyoming and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. However, it is unknown which direction he is travelling in.
Wyoming Highway Patrol has also issued an Amber Alert for baby Zeke, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which has a database of all active Amber Alerts.
The Amber Alert for baby Zeke reads: "The Wyoming Highway Patrol has issued an Amber ALert on behalf of the Idaho State Police for a Zeke Gregory Best, 10 months old, white male, 1 foot fall, and 20 pounds.
"He was taken by Jeremy Albert Best, 48-years-old. He is a white male, 5 foot 11 inches tall, 245 pounds, salt ad pepper hair and beard. Possibly driving a black 1995 Chevy Tahoe, Idaho plate 1T39349."
Anyone who sees Best or the car he is believed to be travelling in should call 911 or the Teton County Sheriff's Office at 208-354-2323.
