Mystery as man dies after being found 'unresponsive' in street
The man, aged in his 50s, had been seen riding a pushbike moments before he was found with injuries

The male, aged in his 50s, had been seen riding a pushbike just moments before the incident. He was taken to hospital from the scene after he was found with a head injury, the Manchester Evening News understands, but later died.
Greater Manchester Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward. The Serious Collision Investigation Unit are leading the enquiries to ascertain whether or not the man had been involved in a collision.

Detective Constable Seddon, of our Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “This is a tragic incident in which a man sadly lost his life. The man’s family are being supported by specially trained officers. We are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident but are now in a position to appeal to witnesses.
“Given the time of day and how busy the area was, we are confident that someone may have seen what happened to this man, can help provide answers for his family and establish the facts surrounding the incident.
